The first full-length Armenian animated film, based on the so-named story by Ghazaros Aghayan

“Each person should have an occupation. We are only a weave on the carpet. Today you are a king, tomorrow – who knows.” Throughout a whole year this statement could be heard from all screens. Based on Ghazaros Aghayan’s fairy tale, “Anahit” registered a record in the Armenian industry of animated cartoons. More than 80.000 people watched the cartoon in cinema halls.

It took “Robert Sahakyats” Production 5 years to create the first Armenian full-length animated musical film.

The project was implemented jointly with "Sahakyants Production", at the request of the RA Ministry of Culture and with the support of the National Cinema Center of Armenia and "LUYS" Foundation.
