An adventure comedy with a captivating plot, seasoned with subtle humor and national colorite.

One of the halls in the Almaty Central Museum is hosting an international chess tournament. In the final game chess players from Armenian and India are competing for the champion’s title. The Armenian player wins. Meanwhile, a daring robbery of the museum is planned. The “job” is entrusted to a highly skilled professional bandit, who appears in a waiter’s costume, while the booty is hidden in the chess piece made of chocolate, namely the knight. Unaware of this, the Armenian chess player makes his final “knight’s move”, thus taking the victory. He swallows Tamerlane’s ruby and flies back to Armenia.
